Our Sport Training Stream is perfect for upping your game no matter what your game is! Cross training is beneficial for full body conditioning, improving agility, balance, flexibility and stamina.

Pre-Season Training for Snow Sports

Prepare for winter adventures with our 10-week Strength and Conditioning Course, tailored specifically for winter sports enthusiasts. This program focuses on building lower body strength, enhancing flexibility, and improving balance—key components for skiers, snowboarders, and snowshoers. Gear up for the season with exercises designed to boost your performance and enjoyment on the slopes.

RuckFIT - New this Fall

Join our trainer every week, rain or shine, for an energizing outdoor workout experience. This class starts at the LifeFIT Centre and transitions into a dynamic 1-hour urban hike along scenic trails. Bring your backpack or rucksack and incorporate weights to enhance your workout. Our inclusive approach ensures that everyone can participate and thrive.
