Pickleball Membership Priority Registration Checklist & FAQ's
2023/2024 pickleball members have priority registration beginning June 6 at 8:00pm. Should there be any membership spots remaining after the member priority registration period, registration will be opened to the general public.

- Ensure you have access to PlayRA, if you are unsure what PlayRA is or how to login, please reach out to Member Services for a tutorial – they can assist you prior to registration date. Drop by in person at the East Member Services desk or call 613-733-5100.
- Get familiar with PlayRA, we will make the membership options viewable online prior to the registration date but you will not be able to register prior to June 6 @ 8pm. Click here for a step-by-step guide on how to find the Memberships and register online.
- Pick your Membership, review the membership options to decide which one is best for you. Make sure you have two options in mind in case your first choice sells out.
- Set your alarm! Once registration opens, the spots will fill up quickly so sign in right at 8:00pm for the best opportunity.
FAQ's
- What if I don’t have access to a computer? Unfortunately, due to the high demand and the staffing resources last year’s registration process required, we will only be offering online registration this year. If you do not have access to a computer, we recommend identifying a friend or family member who may be able to loan you one or visiting a local library. PlayRA is also available on phones or tablets via the internet browser of your choice.
- What if I share an account with my partner, am I able to register for both of us? Yes, you will login as normal – pick your membership, select the participant you wish to register (you or your partner) and add to your cart and repeat the process with the second participant you wish to register, then check out and pay. Please note: once the membership is in your basket the spot is held for 20 minutes but it will be automatically removed from your cart if inactive for longer than 20 minutes.
- What about non-members! Can they join?! Priority registration is only available for individuals who hold a valid 2023/2024 pickleball membership. Should there be any membership spots remaining after the member priority registration period, registration will be opened to the general public.
- What if I am not interested in the membership options? Sorry to hear that, hopefully you can find something else in our Pickleball programming that piques your interest. Learn more about our pickleball programming.
- What if I am having issues registering online? We ask that everyone prepare for registration by using the checklist above or reaching out to the Member Services for assistance prior to the registration date. Due to the high volume of individuals registering we will not be able to provide any technical support during the registration window.
