Annual Membership: $300 (+ HST) Twelve months from the date of purchase. Membership by monthly pre-authorized credit card payment: $28.95/month (+ HST) Continuous until request of cancellation. 3-month membership: $103 3 months from date of purchase. |
Terms & Conditions Please note that RA/LifeFIT memberships for Health Club Santé may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice (from when the next payment is due). A pro-rated refund (less administration fee) or a pro-rated credit on individual’s RA account can be provided (annual membership). RA/LifeFIT reserves the right to increase membership fees annually. Members will be notified in advance. |
Arrange for your Health Club Santé Fitness Membership
Step 1:
- Complete an Annual Payment Plan Form (Fillable PDF) OR a Pre-authorized Payment Plan Form (Fillable PDF) and submit the completed form by email to [email protected]. An RA/LifeFIT Canada representative will contact you to arrange payment and coordinate the pick-up of your Health Club Santé access pass.
