How to Register
On-line Registration:
PlayRA is the RA's on-line services portal.
RA members and non-members are welcome to register for any program that has a program code using the Play RA on-line registration service. Only credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) will be accepted for online registration, please have your credit card ready when you register. Association and Club memberships are currently not available for purchase on-line. Please register in person or by telephone.
By telephone:
Call the telephone registration line at 613-733-5100
Only credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) will be accepted for telephone registration, please have your credit card ready when you call. If staff are busy serving a client, please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon possible.
In person:
Registration can be completed at the Member Services Desk, located near the east entrance of the RA Centre. Currently only payments by debit or credit cards (Visa & MasterCard) are accepted. No cash.

REGISTERING FOR CAMPS ON-LINE - HELPFUL TIPS
Once you have logged-in to PlayRA...
- Click on “Camps” in the top blue menu bar.
- Depending on your device (laptop or mobile) you may need to expand the hamburger menu (blue box with three white lines) in the upper left-hand corner of the screen next to the RA logo to see the menu options.
- Ensure that "Camps" is chosen in the location drop-down.
- Filter by barcode, session, age, participant, etc. to view camps available for on-line registrations. Be sure to click the blue "Search" box at the bottom left to apply selected filters. Click on Registration Information to view your selected camp. Add all camps that you wish to register for to your cart including any session-appropriate extended care options (if required) and follow the simple check-out steps.
NOTE: When completing your payment method, please do not include any punctuation (. or /).

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
To cancel a registration, please send written cancellation request to RA Member Services by e-mail at [email protected] with the full name of the registered participant(s), the program name(s) and session date(s) you wish to cancel. Cancellations cannot be done on-line. If written cancellation request is received at least 14 days PRIOR to the beginning of the session:
