Volunteer – RA Summer Camps CIT Training Program
Even this volunteer application process is a valuable learning moment in communication, preparation, and accountability. It’s important that the youth applying has their own e-mail. Parents/guardians can always be there to provide guidance and support in the background but please note the applicant will be the primary contact for ALL communication. If a parent/guardian does reach out they will be reminded that all communication must be conducted by the applicant.

All Jr CIT and Sr CIT Training program applicants will be required to complete an in-person interview that will be held onsite at the RA Centre. The interview will be a mix of team building activities followed by a one-on-one session with a supervisor. All applicants must attend 1 of the 2 listed interview dates. You will be required to select your preferred interview date on the application form (below). - Then all that’s left to do is attend your selected interview date.
You will be sent an email the week before your selected interview date with everything you need to know. If you have any questions or need to change your interview date you (the applicant) should reach out to the Noah Belanger at [email protected].
